Through our employee-led networks we aim to support, inspire and coach members.
Our women’s network, Compass, aims to build gender diversity across the organization, by helping women achieve their ambitions and reach their full potential. Compass is backed by senior board members, and provides a range of opportunities, including personal development, networking and social activities to support women in the workplace.
Compass also engages with two of the largest employee networks in the banking industry – RBS’s Focused Women Network (gender equality) and The Rainbow Network (sexual orientation equality) – to ensure support across RBS and a voice in the industry.
